Whether you’re buying a single‑family house, a multifamily building with two to five dwellings, or a condo in a building with no more than four private portions stacked one above the other, we encourage you to consult the appropriate guide as early as possible in the process! To get a form:

• Fill out the Form Order (in French) and mail it to us (you must use this method if you want to pay by cheque) or email it to commande@garantiegcr.com.

Note that the forms are available free of charge on the GCR Zone, but that administrative and delivery charges will apply to all orders of paper forms.
