1 The points associated with this level when an element is mentioned in a report.
2 The most points that can be removed for an inspection report following multiple incidents of non-compliance at the same level on the risk scale
3 Points that will be deducted from the GCR technical rating’s collaboration score if the incident of non‑compliance is not corrected.
4 A follow-up will be conducted for each finding at level 2. If work or the expected responses are inadequate, points can be removed based on the risk scale level associated with the element in question (levels 3, 4 or 5).
